Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIRanQ (the “Service”), operated by [Your registered company name] (“AIRanQ”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AIRanQ analyses how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) respond when people ask questions relevant to your business, tracks that visibility over time, and generates recommendations and assets to help improve it. The Service relies on third-party AI providers whose outputs are probabilistic and change over time.

2. No guarantee of results

AI engines decide independently what they recommend. We do not control their outputs and cannot guarantee that your business will be mentioned, ranked, or recommended by any AI engine, or that any particular score will be achieved. Projections and “projected scores” are estimates for guidance only.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, as we use magic-link sign-in. You must provide accurate information.

4. Free scans, trial & billing

• We offer a limited number of free scans without payment. Beyond that, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• The introductory offer is £1 for the first 24 hours, after which the subscription renews at £29.99 per month unless cancelled. Prices include any applicable taxes where required.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• We may change pricing on a prospective basis; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects you.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings (the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scan businesses or websites you have no legitimate interest in; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; resell the Service without our written permission; or misuse generated assets in a deceptive way.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its branding are owned by AIRanQ. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and the assets we generate for your own business while your subscription is active. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
