Refunds & Cancellation

We want AIRanQ to be an easy yes. That's why we lead with a low-risk trial and let you cancel yourself at any time.

The £1 trial

Your first 24 hours cost £1 and give you full access. This is designed so you can evaluate the Service properly before committing. If you cancel within the first 24 hours, you will not be charged the £29.99 monthly price.

Monthly subscription

After the trial, the subscription renews at £29.99 per month until you cancel. Each payment covers the month ahead.

How to cancel

Go to Settings → Manage billing in your dashboard, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because the £1 trial lets you try everything first, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription periods already started. If something has gone wrong — a technical fault, a double charge, or a charge you didn't expect — email us and we'll put it right. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
